So what does Bud Selig, Roger Goodell, and now David Stern all have in common? They all are commissioners for their respected leagues (MLB, NFL, and NBA) have issues with players, drug dealers, coaches, or officials taking part in activities that will change an outcome of a game.
Tim Donaghy, the NBA ref who has been caught betting on games has now come out and created the start of the snow ball effect for the NBA.
According to Donaghy has brought about with his stunning accusations of biased officiating, fixed playoff games and other improprieties. He has put it all in play -- all the suspicions, all the skepticism, all the whispers that something about the NBA just doesn't feel completely on the up-and-up.
With the NBA trying to sweep this issue under the rug very quietly the media isn't letting it go away quietly. This just fuels the fire for the conspiracy theorist who believe the NBA rigs games and playoff series to get the teams they want.
